PROJECT

# Brompton Lake

From its perch above the lake, a dark silhouette stands in quiet balance, dissolving into the tree line.

Between sky and water, Alumilex windows echo the shimmer of the landscape. Majestic, they offer a view held in suspension.

Between sky and water, Alumilex windows capture the ever-changing landscape. They
reflect seasonal transformations, autumn's palette, winter's frost, summer's green, while offering spectacular views that make every moment timeless.

Using architectural contrasts with industrial touches, Alumilex has designed a tailor-made solution that showcases its expertise.

## Challenges and solutions

 /

The main challenge was to design a structure capable of enduring the harsh conditions of a lakefront location while offering a clear view of the horizon.

To bring this vision to life, Alumilex solutions completely transformed the walls of the house, turning them into a window of light facing the horizon. These structures offer:

- Transparency that captures the reflections of the landscape to flood the house with majestic light, offering a floating perspective that changes with natural light.

- A custom design that creates a striking architectural contrast between the dark colors of the house and the nature.

- High-level thermal performance, which is essential with strong winds and cold temperatures near the water.
